...in March 2023, the University of Sheffield Swing Dance Society will be hosting a Swing Weekender - The Sheffield Shuffle!
This year, we have planned a fantastic weekend for you full of swing fun!
☆ Social dancing on Friday night to get to know each other a little and warm up those dancing shoes
☆ A whole day of dance lessons on Saturday morning and afternoon taught by a fantastic lineup of teachers:
- Rebecca and Hanna/Rob and Tina - improvers and intermediate Lindy Hop
- Cat Foley - Solo jazz
☆ Evening social dance on Saturday night, featuring Tessa Smith and The Applejacks
☆ Special taster Sunday morning classes:
- Bruce and Jane - Aerials
- Rob and Tina - Balboa taster
☆ A tea dance on Sunday, featuring Nicola Farnon
